I have been out of town since Wednesday. We are still in TN visiting family, but will be heading back to SC tonight. I am not the best blogger while I am travelling, but wanted to catch up on a few blogs this morning before we got the day started. Imagine my surprise when I went to Just a Girl to see what Chris has been up to, and saw that she featured me on her Friday Features post!!! I literally had to refresh the page because I thought somehow I had closed the page and was on my own blog again when I saw my family room. Thanks so much Chris for the shout out and to all of the new peeps that have come by and visited since then!! I doubt there are any of you who have not visted Just a Girl before, but if you haven't, I strongly suggest you head over there. Chris is HILARIOUS and such a talented woman. I will warn you though, you will be jealous of her mad decorating skills and droolworthy home.
Okay, I'm gonna get back to my Memorial Day. I have a slip-n-slide and bbq in my plans for the day. ( No need to worry, I will not post pics of me on the slip-n-slide!) I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day and I will be back tomorrow with some updates on the other ongoing projects at home.

Enjoy your holiday. I hopped over to "Just a Girl" and now I'm hooked. I'm still looking for inspiration to finish all the bathrooms....painting? ugh!
I gotta check out the site. I was just thinking about you when logged on my blog and there you were. Silly us! Did you have a good time with family? I think we are about to go outside and play. If it will ever stop raining here. Are ya'll getting the rain to in SC?
