Here is one of the boys favorite steps. A truck dumping water on the road. Who knew they did this? Maybe I'm the only one out of the loop.
So while the boys were doing that. I was doing this...
Making hair clips for the little girls that I don't have, and making my little boy try them on to see if they work properly.
If they will stay in Con's fine hair, then they will work for any little girl. (Yes my husband will probably kill me when he see this post.)
I am gonna put them with some appliqued onesies I am doing for some friend's baby gifts. Everyone else seems to be having girls! What do you think of the clippies? Do I need to add some more flair? I am thinking of doing more with flowers and bows.

I absolutely love that you are putting those bows in Connors hair. I think I kind of giggeled. How cute. :) I think you should keep them as they are. I really like the white with green polka dots. And how cute is that onesie??? Love it!
cute cute....have you seen the flair on the headbands and hats on "Kelly's Korner"? these are precious....pb
Girlfriend...you have abeen a busy little craftin bee! I just caught myself up on all the posts I missed since our lovely little computer virus infected last week. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the cute birdy tassel you made for me. I cannot wait to get it. And you are so right...it will look fab up next to my chocolate walls.
I am loving those cute clippies you made. I made a bunch of those a while back for my girls. So easy and sooooo cute! Have you seen the ones they sell at Target? They are just like the simple wrapped clips you made. I think a pack of 4 is about $10. Is that crazy or what?
I am dying to try my hand at those precious appliqued onesies. Will you do a tutorial? Pretty please? with a cherry on top?
This reminds me of when I was a little girl. My dad would sit in his recliner and let me and my sister put our tiny plastic hair clips in his hair. We had a "special poodle one" that was always reserved for the front. It was especially funny because his hair was receeding. Your boys are such troopers for modeling your bows. Don't tell the hubby, right?
the hair clippies are cute!
I love the clips and the onesie!! Hope I see these again:)
I know some girls who would love try these out for you! We can already see the color works..hee hee. No seriously, we will have to discuss this because the last time I went to buy bows I was so disgusted. Who can afford to pay $5 for one bow that my girls love to pull out of their hair and throw down when you are not looking? I decided if I were going to be crafty at all it would be learning how to make my own bows. So, you will have to teach me.
